My boyfriend has been through a divorce. But his soon-to-be ex called him suddently and said she changed her mind.
I love my boyfriend and will not give up over some crazy lady.(it is all her fault to break their marrige)
But I sort of disoriented here, I am afraid of the possibility that she will stop us(me and him) being together.
Is she able to be the threat?

Not in the state of Georgia. There is what is called a no-fault divorce. This means that it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks or does, if I file this type of divorce there is nothing that can stop it.
no…she can definitely make the divorce process longer and more painful for you two, but she can’t refuse a divorce. it may be a year, it may be next month, but she will have to sign those papers. hang in there hun!
