Its my personal family problem, its starts since three year after my marriage. i have two brothers and were?

already married. One of them left home as a caretaker of another family in my relation at the age of 25, now problem rise when parental property share?? my parents are neutral about this matter as my elder brother doesn’t interested to give any share to him. By the way i prefer to legally accepted shares…………… if partition made with 2, then any future problem rise……. advice what’s the best options to follow??
