i think that they are not setting a good example. what do i tell them???????????? i am 11 and my sis is 8 and she dosn’t get it, she just cries all the time. they also blame me for leaving something that they bought at the other parents house or my big sis s house. and they expect me to remember my sis sutff 2. im 11!!!! im all caught in the middle. its not fair. what do i do??????

Tell them you want to sit down and talk to them about something very important. Then tell them how you feel – it doesn’t matter if this makes you cry. They are too busy thinking about their own feelings and have forgotten how this affects you and your sister. They really don’t mean to hurt you and really do love you – you just have to remind them that you are there!! Show them your question here if you think that will help. Good luck..
Tell them you want to divorce your sister. Tell them that if they can get a divorce because they fight, then you should be able to get a divorce too.
Your question sure does point out how stupid so-called adults can be compared to kids! They don’t even realize what immature hypocrites they’re being.
The arguments that your parents are having are on subjects serious enough to break up a marriage.
Are yours? Maybe that’s why you should stop.
Sit down and talk to your parents, separately, and without yelling, about how unfair this all is to you kids.
Parents can be inconsistent, by fighting themselves, and yet telling you to stop. Point out that you won’t fight w/ your sis if they’ll stop bickering w/ each other.
Try to be responsible. You can keep up w/ your stuff at 11 yrs old, but let your parents know how much pressure you’re feeling. this is more than likely not their intention, and you expressing your feelings may change their mindsets.
talk to them, they are not thinking about you right now, they are just focusing on their anger right now, so you need to be the bigger person and not cause any grief between you and your sister, don’t fight with her, she is having enough trouble as it is. Just be a big girl and support her. They are fighting about grown up stuff, you are fighting about kids stuff.
