i have been married for 4 years everything was great at the beggining "as usual " but right before we got married he went to work out of town he would come and see me every two weeks , one time when he came , he was sleeping and i was fixing breakfast and his phone rang it had a girls name on it, so i answered and she told me why do you have my boyfriends number and i got so angry i woke him up and i asked him who is she he kept saying i dont know, but she kept calling and i gave him the phone , crying i asked him answer it , he put it on speaker and talked to her he said i dont know you but i could tell he was lying ,,,i was so angry i started hiting him with anything that was at reach i could see him right in the face and he was crying telling me that it was a lie….it took a while for me to believe but up to now i always bring it up . i disrespect him a lot and so does he..i found out he pawned our wedding rings and i think he lost them cause he didnt pay and i was crying so bad and i asked him why did you do that he said he forgot all about them…..i dont know what to do its hard to let go cause i love him what would you do im crying as we speak

hey, no guy is worth a tear.. unless he is faithful and is always there then i would understand but if you already doubt him since there has been signs that he may be cheating i would say for you to move on. regardless of how much you love a person, you should love yourself first and think about yourself don’t be putting your self in so much pain, men like them are not worth it, they always cry and say sorry but yet there they go doing it again. think about your self first sweetheart don’t let him hurt you. move on and if he really truly loves you he will come back =]
you knew he was cheating before you married him. is that right? if so why did you marry him i wonder. and why would he pawn your rings? i know times is hard but i think that would be the last extreme thing to do. All i can say is you need to talk to him and see if you all can work it out or not. Its really up to you about how you feel. can you trust him or not. is he willing to work it out or not, is what you all need to talk about. its a part of life men cheat and for alot of different reason which never make sense anyway ! they wanna blame someone but really its not your fault if he cheats no matter what you do. you give them everything they need in the bedroom and they can still cheat on you. some will say you ain’t doing something right for him to stray but most of the time cheating has nothing to do with the sex part. It has to do with the person and what they are feeling or going through that made them want to cheat. if you don’t believe me look it up online about cheaters and why they cheat. yeah, i been through it and my spouse claimed i neglected him by not being home with him or too busy with other stuff and not giving him any attention, which i know don’t excuse it but it can be true. I know what i was doing and he was right about it but it goes to show men will make a wrong choice sometimes and mess up. but it depends on your situation. it’s so easy for those to say leave him but they are not in your shoes and they don’t know everything about your relationship. only you Truly know whats going on and only you know if you want to make it work or not. It just kills me that everyone jumps in to say Leave him when they don’t even know the whole story and whatever is going on. You decide for yourself what you think is best for you. i wish you luck and happiness. really!

Oh hun, this is devastating. I’m so sorry to hear of anyone going through something like this. I hope you don’t have any kids in the marriage yet because a suggestion to leave him is a lot easier without kids. He definitely does not deserve you if he is calling other girls (that refer to him as a boyfriend, no less) and you are staying true to him. I’ll pray for you – this sucks. (((HUGS)))

He may have been telling the truth or a half truth.
My mom had a lady call her constantly when she and my dad first got married saying she was married to **** *** and she loved him and called my mom some really nasty names. Of course my dad was a sailor and wasn’t home all too often. Finally after about six months my dad was home when the lady called and took care of it. My mom was weary for awhile, but in the end she knew my dad better then that and knew he had never had a relationship with that crazy lady.
Or there is the possibility that he was lonely one night and chatted this girl up and she thought there was something deeper going on and wanted a relationship with your husband.
If you didn’t trust him you should have separated almost immediately after. Because if he is telling the truth your actions are telling him that you don’t love him anymore and he will look for comfort from another woman and your marriage will continue to go down hill after that.
Personally, I believe he was an ass for doing that. It’s obvious he had cheated while he was away because no girl calls a guy lieing about things like that. Unless she had no life what so ever. As for selling the rings, that’s the crulest thing you can do. Those rings mean commitment, and they where put on your fingers in a church in front of God. I’m sure he could have done something else to get the money he needed. (That proves he is selfish and has no self respect)
As for your marriage, has it gotten better or worst? Ask yourself that, if he makes you cry all the time, and you feel you are sincere or give him every bit of love you have then there is no point of continuing this marriage. You could do better.
